Concentration is one of the most important skills for our daily life. Some people manage to pay more attention to detail than others, but it is possible to  stimulate this capacity easily by simply adding some ingredients to our daily diet. You will love it, because besides contributing to  increase your concentration they are delicious. Consume them as a snack  between meals or incorporate them into your favorite desserts.

These foods are my favorites and their taste is delicious. Also, they are really easy to get.  Eating nuts will improve your performance when taking tests. According to some studies, these  increase the speed with which you process information regardless of your age, sex or ethnicity. On the other hand, blueberries  also improve memory and help to perform mental tasks for long periods. They are rich in antioxidants, so they stimulate blood flow and with it oxygenation to the brain, which keeps your mind active.


YOGHURT

Yogurt is a dairy food that contains tyrosine, an amino acid that produces neurotransmitters such as dopamine and noradrenaline. Dopamine allows the information in our brain to stay fresh longer.  For its part, noradrenaline strengthens the mechanisms of learning, memory and reward.


BANANA

The banana contains high levels of potassium and magnesium. These two ingredients improve the speed and quality of the information that is transmitted to the brain. They help to store it and transform it into brilliant ideas. In addition, bananas are recommended to increase performance during your favorite exercise routines .

APPLE

Apples are very good for stimulating the nervous system. They help you stay awake and thus improve your concentration. In addition, its high fiber content favors the correct digestive functioning.
